Dipshikha – Informal Education, Training and Research Society for village Development is a rural development organisation founded 1978. The main aim of the NGO is to realize independence of the rural people by achieving the main goals for sustainable development. It is a people-oriented organisation.

Dipshikha integrated Development approach "In the context of the socio-economic condition of Bangladesh, we found that the Integrated Development Approach (IDA) is most effective for development. In this approach the entire situation of the people are taken into consideration. From experience we found that the problems of the rural population are numerous and complex.
